These difficulties can impact your life and cause circumstances which may at times feel hopeless. I will walk with you through your most difficult and challenging seasons of life – and work collaboratively with you as we cultivate hope for a bright future.
I provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to tell their story and work collaboratively with them to identify and move toward their hopes, dreams, goals and areas where change is desired.
My counselling approach is eclectic with an emphasis on Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
