    Social Worker & EMDR Therapist

    WARMAN OFFICE

Are you walking through a season of anxious or depressed feelings, intimate partner violence, relationship disharmony, grief, or trauma? These difficulties can impact your life and cause circumstances which may at times feel hopeless. I will walk with you through your most difficult and challenging seasons of life – and work collaboratively with you as we cultivate hope for a bright future. I provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to tell their story and will work collaboratively with you to evoke motivation for change, develop and work toward goals, and experience emotional healing.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Regina and am a registered social worker in Saskatchewan. I am currently working toward my Master of Counselling degree at Briercrest Seminary. I have over a decade of frontline social work experience including crisis response and counselling.

My counselling approach is trauma informed and incorporates EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centred and Strengths-Based therapy.

Reaching out for support is one of the bravest steps you can take — and I’m honored to walk alongside you as you begin this journey.

I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced abuse or coercive control, betrayal, divorce, and trauma. Using a trauma-informed (more specifically violence-informed) and client-centered approach, I create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and empowered. My work is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and connection — because healing happens in relationship.

As a survivor myself, I deeply understand the courage it takes to begin this work. I collaborate with you to cultivate healing, resilience, and hope — always moving at a pace that feels right for you.

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and am also a trained Registered Dietitian. I’ve completed specialized training to support survivors of intimate partner violence across all its forms. I’m also part of a team launching a new podcast, When Love Hurts, aimed at raising awareness and education and offering support to those navigating the impacts of abuse.

Whether you’re looking to process trauma, rebuild your sense of self, or simply feel less alone — I’m here to support you with compassion, tools, and care.

    Our Mission

To provide a safe space where individuals feel heard, respected, and inspired which can lead to the experiences of healing, motivation for change, and goal development.

    Our Process

You are the expert of your own life. We will listen to your story and learn about the problem you are experiencing. We will then work together to identify your goals and expectations for therapy as well as determine which interventions may be helpful. As therapy progresses, the hope is that your own personal narrative about your life and self become positive, strong, and empowering as we work toward meeting your goals.

    Let's work together

We look forward to working with you! Please feel welcome to reach out and inquire further if you have any questions. We offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine if we are a good therapeutic fit. You are welcome here!
