Finding hope, direction, and courage can feel impossible when life becomes unpredictable, painful, and our confidence and dreams have been shattered.  Having someone safe to be with, who hears, understands, and walks with you can provide the opportunity to heal, discover choice, and find meaning and growth in and from our difficult places.

I am a registered social worker in Saskatchewan and hold a Bachelor of Social Work degree, as well a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Economics).  With 20 years of experience in human services and 10 years as a mental health therapist I provide a well-rounded approach that takes into consideration our external circumstances and supports as well as our internal strengths and challenges.  I will work with you on managing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship boundaries, complex-PTSD, healing from all forms of abuse, and life transitions.  My approach in therapy includes elements of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

I am here to support individuals in all stages of life from ages 8 through to seniors and end of life care.
