Christie’s Rates

$130 per 60 minute session
$180 per 90 minute EMDR session

Alison’s Rates

$160 per 60 minute session 

Insurance

We do not direct bill private/corporate insurance providers at this time. We will provide you with a receipt including all relevant information required by insurance providers so that they can repay your fees. Please check with your insurance provider prior to the first session that they cover the cost of a BSW/RSW or CCC mental health provider.

We ARE able to direct bill Victim Services or NIHB.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept all major credit cards and Interac E-Transfer as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly on our site via Jane App.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
